Disability Confident Committed means that we have achieved Level 1 of the Government Disability Confident Scheme. This means that wherever possible we will offer a job interview to any candidates who meet the minimum criteria for a job role when they declare that they have a disability. In circumstances where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, the hiring manager will select an appropriate proportion of disabled candidates who best meet the minimum criteria for the job rather than all of those that meet the minimum criteria, as they would do for non-disabled applicants.
