Casual Stage Door Receptionist
Swansea Arena is looking for a friendly and organised Stage Door Receptionist to support their 2023/24 programme of music gigs, comedy and live theatre. As Stage Door Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the warmth of an ATG welcome and that standards of presentation are exemplary, along with maintaining the security of the building, people and property. You’ll ensure a friendly, efficient and safe reception service that enhances the reputation of the Arena.
You will be first point of contact for performers, producers, deliveries, and guests. ATG is looking for someone confident and proactive, who can engage with a diverse range of people and adapt to varying situations. You must be able to keep calm under pressure and always have a professional attitude.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this developing, brand-new venue and ensure a warm welcome to the high-profile artists often bringing their events to Swansea for the first time! Applications will be reviewed on a regular basis and suitable candidates will be invited for a follow on interview when and as needed.
