Administrator Maternity Cover 30 hours per week

We are excited to be recruiting a venue Administrator to join the team as Maternity Cover for 30 hours per week at the one of ATG's most iconic MCE venues, Stockton Globe.
Our Administrator plays a key role in maintaining smooth venue operations, working closely with the Venue Management Team with on-going projects and liaising with all departments to achieve results and keep the venue running as efficiently as possible. The Administrator is responsible for completing regular weekly and monthly tasks, including HR and payroll duties, administration tasks, maintaining health and safety records and setting up meetings where required. The successful candidate will manage relationships between venue, stakeholders and the wider ATG group, serve as a liaison between producers and venue, and ensure the smooth running of daily tasks.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and will be able to anticipate problems and proactively seek solutions.
