Food & Beverage Manager
Are you an excellent people manager with experience in the hospitality industry? This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at Swansea Arena and to be directly involved in the delivery of world-class performances and events!
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the venue team as our Food & Beverage Manager.
Working closely with the Head of Venue Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Food and Beverage team for all Arena events including theatre performances, music gigs, and comedy shows – ensuring revenue is optimised and audiences receive efficient and pleasant service. As well as this, you will work closely with the Conference and Events team in the management and delivery of other venue hires such as conferences, banquets and exhibitions.
The successful applicant will have experience of people management including the creation of rotas, managing recruitment processes, delivering training and ensuring a robust and valued workforce.
Health and Safety is an important part of this role – supporting the Venue Management Team in the delivery of all risk related KPIs, especially around the handling of Food and all allergen related mitigations
