Customer Experience Team Member
The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.
We are excited to be recruiting Customer Experience Team Members to join our wonderful Bristol Hippodrome Team!
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to high levels of customer service, can use every opportunity to up-sell and have excellent communication skills. As part of the team, you will deliver a red-carpet experience to all our customers, whilst maximising sales within all areas of the front of house department. You will encourage customers to purchase products across the venue in a friendly and professional manner and create further spending opportunities where appropriate. We are seeking outstanding, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals as this is a role that blends sales with the customer experience.
As a confident and charismatic team player, you are naturally customer orientated with very high standards of care and real attention to detail.
Please note: Evening and Weekend work is essential to this role. You will be required to be available to work at least two weekends each month. We can offer a range of hours per week from part time to full time hours on a casual flexible contract.
