Events Manager

The Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall are looking for a creative and innovative to taken on our brand new role of Events Manager for Conferencing and Events.

You will develop a suite of packages covering a diverse range of budgets and requirements, build our network of corporate contacts and event planners, and fill our diary to meet budgeted event numbers. You will be the first port of call for anyone enquiring about any scale of event, responsible for all aspects of the booking journey including calculating costings, providing support during planning, and the necessary administration. You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate leads and with the Theatre Manager and Customer Experience Manager to ensure we deliver on the day, positioning Stoke-on-Trent Theatres as a first-class, well-regarded Conference & Events destination.
