Customer Experience Team Member
Are you looking for an enjoyable and flexible customer experience role in the hospitality industry? Our venue hosts a wide range of theatrical performances, including dance, musicals, comedians, and tribute artists to audiences across the region, and our team offer the highest standards of customer service for our guests every step of the way.
Our venue is unique with its own individual programme that changes weekly or daily, and our team work across a wide range of roles. You could be selling programmes and merchandise for a theatre performance one shift, serving show-themed cocktails in one of our bars or even offering a first-class service in our Ambassador Lounge the next. Wherever you’re working, you’ll ensure we meet targets by offering all customers our high-quality products and packages, and engaging with our customers’ needs to ensure they want to return.
The Customer Experience Team Member role is both varied and enjoyable, with opportunities to develop your skills by working in different roles, taking on more responsibility and challenging yourself to beat individual and business sales targets. There are opportunities to take training courses and progress to supervisor and management level roles working with a passionate and ambitious team in our national and international network of venues.
