Are you looking for an enjoyable and flexible events role? Our venues host a wide range of events, including live performances, talks, films, meetings, weddings and conferences and our team offer the highest standards of customer service for our guests every step of the way.
Each venue is unique with its own individual programme that changes weekly or daily, and our team work a wide range of roles, so you could be selling programmes and merchandise for a theatre performance one shift, and be offering a first-class bar service for a VIP meeting the next. Wherever you’re working, you’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making sure customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night.
This role is both fun and interesting, with opportunities to develop your skills by working in different roles, taking on more responsibility and challenging yourself to beat our sales targets. There are opportunities to take training courses and progress to team leader and management level roles working with a passionate and ambitious team in our national and international network of venues.
Further information on the role and the skills you’ll need can be found in our full job description and our article: https://careers.atg.co.uk/about-us/life-at-atg/front-of-house.html

Experience from within the entertainment sector is not essential and we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry. You do need to be aged 18+ for this position.
We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer, which means that we are taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the workplace. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.
