Group Financial Accountant

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We are currently looking to recruit a Group Financial Accountant based at our Woking Head Office. 

The main purpose of this role is to support the Group Financial Manager in delivering accurate consolidated financial information, that is compliant with all ATG Group finance policies and IFRS. You will be responsible for maintaining technical accounting proficiency but also be an effective business partner, able to support subsidiary finance teams in meeting their reporting requirements. You’ll report to the Group Finance Manager and will work closely with 2 Senior Group Financial Accountants.

Ideally you should be ACA or equivalent part-qualified or fully qualified, PQE not required but preferred, experience of working in a Group Finance role and/or experience in a complex multinational company (in audit or industry) would be ideal alongside strong systems skills in all MS Office applications, with advanced Excel a must. Experience working with consolidation and reporting systems; Cognos Controller preferred, but not required.
