Sales & Development Manager

Swansea Arena are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales and Development Manager.

A fantastic opportunity to join the Sales  team based at Swansea Arena overseeing the proactive sales function including partnerships, box seats and sponsorships. This role will be a key player in developing the venue’s place within the live entertainment industry. The Sales & Development Manager will be responsible for researching, penetrating and developing new business for the venue - identifying strategies to secure profitable conference and events bookings, sponsorships and partnerships, along with following up sales leads to grow and maintain existing relationships and to drive new business. A love of live entertainment is a must for this role, and a willingness to get your hands dirty – we are more than happy to consider transferable skills from other backgrounds!
