Sales & Ticketing Manager

The Phoenix Theatre is one of the most beautiful theatres the West End has to offer, with its unique character and a rich history dating back to 1930. We are currently playing host to Stranger Things: The First Shadow, an exciting new play set in within the world and mythology of Stranger Things. It features an original story by Kate Trefy, The Duffer Brothers and Jack Thorne, with direction from Stephen Daldry and produced by Netflix and Sonia Friedman Productions

This crucial Head of Department role works closely with theatre management, the London sales department, and the producers/marketing companies, to maximise occupancy and the financial health of the ticket income for the resident production. Juggling multiple stakeholder needs is a key part of this role, and proficiency in managing ticketing systems and a sales team is essential, as is forming exceptional producer relations.
