UK Senior Financial Accountant (FTC)

We are currently recruiting a UK Senior Financial Accountant on fixed term contract (Approx 10 months). This role is based at our Woking Head Office. You’ll report to the UK Finance Manager and work closely with the rest of the General Ledger and Commercial Finance teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and help reconcile UK balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis Assist with audit queries and year end tasks.
- Support the UK Finance Manager in ensuring all accounts are ready to be migrated to new ERP system.
- Assist with testing new ERP system where required.
- Identify financial control and process improvements, and implement changes to strengthen the control environment and increase the efficiency of the team.
- Embrace change agenda – be an enthusiastic advocate of change.
- Assist in identifying operational and technical problems and to make suggestions regarding amendments to working practices and policies.
