Creative Learning Producer

Are you a passionate arts professional with a drive to make a difference? 

If so, we are looking for you to join our team as the Creative Learning Producer at ATG Woking venues. 

Our Woking Venues consist of a 1300-seat commercial theatre, a 228-seat community-focused theatre and a 7-screen cinema, all in the same building, in the heart of Woking.  

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for producing inclusive Creative Learning programmes for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Activity takes place within our inspiring theatres and cinema screens, on outreach within school settings, as well as within the heart of the community. 

You will get the exciting opportunity to work with show producers, local and national organisations, as well as a range of partners to develop and grow the impact of this work.

Here are some of the things you will be responsible for: 

  • Producing highest quality creative learning programs for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds 
  • Creating and growing local and national partnerships, including show producers, funders and fellow arts organisations. 
  • Driving impact, managing (where necessary) a team of freelancers and casuals, and ensuring incredible access to the arts for our communities 
  • Collaborating across the nationwide Creative Learning team
