Casual Duty Manager
The Princess Theatre holds a prominent position on the seafront, seating 1,491 and hosting a variety of shows including large scale musicals, plays, comedy and music. The Princess Bistro forms part of the building running along the promenade, offering customers and diners a spectacular view across the bay. Torquay is an exciting, ambitious town, growing in opportunity and can provide attractive quality of life benefits for candidates considering a relocation.
Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for a customer-focussed person to join us as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the front of house operation for selected performances and leading in the coordination of the Customer Experience team during the show.
The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.
Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in our unique theatre with an ever-changing programme of events.
