Contact Centre Advisor (email only) - Ideal role for Christmas! Flexible hours from 12- 40 per week!

We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. As approach one of our business times of year we are excited to be recruiting Contact Centre Advisors  -  offering flexible working shifts for the seasonal period here at ATG in our Sunderland Contact Centre. This is an opportunity to work as part of a friendly and supportive team, working with an interesting and always-changing product range - some of the UK's biggest and most exciting shows, and the added extras that make a visit to our theatres even more special. 

You will ideally have:

  • Great teamwork skills!
  • Great written communication skills as all customer contact will be via email for this role.
  • A passion for delivering great Customer Service.

To Note:

  • You'll be working in our contact centre in Sunderland at chosen times to suit.
  • Shifts will fall between Mon to Sun 9am – 8pm.
  • You must be able to commit to shifts no less than 4 hours.
  • Shifts are to be set for each week in advance and agreed with manager.
  • Its key that you are available for 2 x 8 hr days training session between 9 – 5 (dates to be confirmed)
