Food & Beverage Application Support Analyst
The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.
We currently have great opportunity for and F&B Application Support Analyst to join the team, perfect for someone with an interest in experiencing a new area of the business, preferably with prior experience in a retail sector and an interest in technology. Working with the IT systems team, you will provide high levels of support and service to different areas of the company with particular focus on our food and beverage and payment processing solutions.
A working knowledge of EPOS would be an advantage, as would a good understanding of the retail areas of our business, but don’t worry – we’ll also give you lots of systems training so that you know how to fix problems when things go awry.
As well as providing immediate support to resolve problems with technology, your day-to-day role will include helping identify how we might optimise sales within venues, developing new and improved processes and working on other exciting projects.
This role may involve travel to our venues so we’re seeking someone who enjoys talking to different people, loves solving problems, is very organised and above all, is passionate about providing an excellent service.
This is a 6-month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract - There is also flexibility for working remotely within this role.
