Customer Experience Team Member
Milton Keynes Theatre welcomes thousands of people through its doors to enjoy the best in live entertainment, and we’re looking for customer-focused staff who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and remarkable company.
Full of variety, the Customer Experience Team Member role is both fun and challenging. Working on one of our bars or kiosks, serving in our Pizzeria or private Ambassador Lounge, scanning tickets and welcoming guests, delivering pre-ordered refreshments, or Ushering the show, you’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team.
Experience from within the entertainment sector is not essential and we welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, communities and experiences. We’re particularly looking for people who are regularly able to work weekends, but we also have limited weekday afternoon and evening shifts available. If you have the skills to achieve our goals and an affinity for our values, we’d like to hear from you!
You do need to be aged 18+ for this position and all applicants must be able to attend an interview on Thursday 15th or Friday 16th February.
