SIA Door Supervisor
Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for customer-focused staff who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and interesting company.
Every night we welcome thousands of people through our doors to enjoy the best in live entertainment. Whether it’s a night out with friends for a special birthday or a family’s first pantomime, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!
As part of our Customer Experience Team you’ll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. We are now recruiting for SIA qualified front door supervisors to assist the management team in ensuring a safe working environment for staff and visitors to the venue. The SIA Door Supervisor will play a key role in welcoming customers, primarily conducting bag searches, helping to protect our audiences and employees, whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service.
Shifts will be offered on a casual basis when we have performances at the venue. It is essential for this role that you have an SIA accredited Door Supervisor Level 2 qualification. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, as well as sound judgement and and a proactive approach to work. A first aid qualification is desirable but not essential. .
