Stage Door Supervisor

Aylesbury Waterside Theatre is one of the leading commercially operated theatres in the UK, successfully hosting the most prestigious touring theatre as well as large scale conferences and events. The multi-functional venue can also accommodate conferences, meetings, and live screenings. 

As Stage Door Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the warmth of our welcome and that standards of presentation are exemplary while maintaining the security of the building, people and property. You will provide leadership to the Stage Door team and support to other departments, including the Technical and Customer Experience teams, ensuring a friendly, cohesive, efficient, cost- effective and robust day to day operation is in place that enhances our reputation and supports our future.
