HR Assistant

We are excitied to be recruiting a HR Assistant to join our wonderful team in Woking! This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and organised person to learn about various aspect of Human Resources and contribute to the delivery of people initiatives centric to Talent! This role is part of the Human Resources & Payroll team based in our Woking Head Office, Alexander House. Your line manager is the Head of Talent Acquisition, and you will work closely with the HR Team and partner with various areas of the business to support the delivery efficient Talent objectives and other HR activity.
Key responsibilities include, general department administration & systems support taking ownership of REACH our Applicant Tracking System, you'll also be the subject matter expert on ATG employment contracts. Within this role you'll also provide regular administration support to the Benefits, HR Systems Manager and Head of ER, particularly with new joiners, movers, leavers processes and ER note taking.
