Ticketing Operations Assistant

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We’re looking for an engaged and enthusiastic person to join ATG’s Ticketing Operations team, based in our London Office on Shaftesbury Avenue.

Our team uses ATG’s ticketing system to build events and performances and prepare them for sale. Across our team, we configure performances for all ATG’s UK venues as well as third-party venues where we provide ticketing services. We work on a very varied range of shows, from comedy and music one-nighters to large-scale musical tours; all performances sold via atgtickets.com have been configured by our team. In this role you’ll focus on our UK regional venues, and Third-Party events.

As well as the Ticketing Operations team, you will work closely with a variety of departments including eCommerce, Regional Revenue Management, Marketing, Programming, Box Offices, Contact Centre, Finance, and external promoters and producers to ensure the events are created accurately and go on sale at the correct time. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in an internationally growing business and in a role that will give you exposure to a range of products and teams across the ATG network.

This role is ideally suited to someone with some previous experience of using a ticketing system, in any Ticketing or Box Office role. We love you to have some experience using Audience View or similar ticketing systems. We also use Microsoft 365 Applications – however, training will be provided.
