Wigs, Hair & Make Up Assistant - Mean Girls
Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for a full-time, experienced Wigs, Hair and Make Up Assistant to work on the London production of MEAN GIRLS.
Book by Tina Fey, music by Jeff Richmond, lyrics by Nell Benjamin and Directed and Choreographed by Casey Nicholaw - this musical will arrive in the West End in June 2024.
Duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Wigs, Hair and Make-up Assistant on a first-class West End production.
Skills required include excellent wig setting and dressing, knowledge, and skills of makeup application (including character make-up, fashion make-up, prosthetics). Experience in styling of Afro-textured hair and gents hair styling is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience in a similar role on a large-scale production is desirable.

Contract Type: Fixed term until Sunday 8th June 2025, or for the run of the Production, whichever shall be the shorter, subject to two weeks’ notice by the Producer as per the SOLT/BECTU Agreement.
