Junior CRM Executive - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We are excited to be recruiting a Junior CRM Executive, this is a unique opportunity to join ATG’s expanding specialised customer relationship management team, responsible for engaging a large customer base via email with a rich schedule of shows for our 10 London West end venues and 22 venues around the UK. Reporting into the CRM Executive, this passionate individual will have the opportunity to work on the CRM communications for the best Theatre shows in the world including Wicked, Lion King, Aladdin and much more across a vast range of show genres. 

Not only will you have the opportunity to work on ATG’s amazing show catalogue, you will also be building omni-channel CRM campaigns using industry leading, sophisticated CRM software. To be successful in this role you will need to be an ambitious self-starter who works well in a collaborative team and is learn and develop within an exciting industry.
