Venue Administrator

The Piccadilly Theatre, situated in the heart of London's West End, stands as a testament to the rich history of theatrical arts. Opening its doors in 1928, this iconic venue has hosted a myriad of acclaimed productions and performances, contributing significantly to the cultural tapestry of London's entertainment scene. While it was initially designed as a venue for musical comedies and variety performances, it eventually became one of the first cinemas to feature talking pictures, also known as "talkies."

We are excited to be recruiting a Venue Administrator at our wonderful Piccaadilly Theatre in the heart of the West End.

Ideally you will be  a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as a Theatre Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue's administrative functions.

You'll be required to work 30 hours per week - Mondays and Tuesdays, with flexible scheduling options available for the remaining 15 hours spread across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing timesheets and payroll submissions for all departments within the venue.
  •  Maintaining the venue’s staff personnel files, issuing contracts, and completing new staff inductions.
  • Providing administrative support for departments ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Taking the lead in processing guest feedback received via email and ensuring timely responses.
  • Supporting the venue's health and safety initiatives and fulfilling administrative requirements in this area.
  • Support relationships between the venue, stakeholders, and the wider ATG group.
  • Office management duties and providing general administrative support as needed.
  • Supporting and representing the venue at forums and meetings, including minute-taking responsibilities.
