Customer Experience Team Member

ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry.

Our expertise and capabilities enable producers and other creatives to bring their visions to life and create unforgettable performances for audiences, presented in our landmark venues and delivered with exceptional hospitality. It is the passion of our teams, that cover every discipline across the live entertainment industry, that underpins our continuing strategic growth and success.

We own, operate or programme some of the world’s most iconic venues; ATG Entertainment manages 64 venues across Britain, the US and Germany.

Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for customer-focussed staff who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and interesting company.

Based in the centre of Bristol and with one of the largest theatre stages in Britain, The Bristol Hippodrome has established itself on the touring circuit for many major productions, thus becoming known as Bristol’s West End Theatre.

As part of our Customer Experience Team you’ll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.

Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in one of our unique venues with an ever-changing programme of events.

Further information on the role and the skills you’ll need can be found in our full job description and in our website article: https://careers.atg.co.uk/about-us/life-at-atg/front-of-house.html

If you have the skills to achieve our goals and an affinity for our values we’d like to hear from you! Experience from within the entertainment sector is not essential and we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry.  You do need to be aged 18+ for this position.

Based in the centre of Bristol and with one of the largest theatre stages in Britain, The Bristol Hippodrome has established itself on the touring circuit for many major productions, thus becoming known as Bristol’s West End Theatre. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.
