Head of Talent Acquisition - UK

ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry.

Our expertise and capabilities enable producers and other creatives to bring their visions to life and create unforgettable performances for audiences, presented in our landmark venues and delivered with exceptional hospitality. It is the passion of our teams, that cover every discipline across the live entertainment industry, that underpins our continuing strategic growth and success.

We own, operate or programme some of the world’s most iconic venues; ATG Entertainment manages 64 venues across Britain, the US and Germany.

We are very excited to be recruiting a Head of Talent Acquisition here at ATG Entertainment!

Within this role, you will work closely with hiring managers across ATG’s UK business to attract a diverse and relevant range of candidates into the company, from entry-level to senior management, whose ambitions and values align with our own. This will include long term development of talent pipelines and making connections and developing relationships that enable ATG to reach and recruit a diverse workforce.

As well as owning specific recruitment assignments yourself, you’ll oversee the quality of our recruitment processes overall, seeking innovative and cost-effective solutions that support ATG’s growth, and that provide the best possible candidate experience and eventual smooth on-boarding. Providing a high quality, responsive service for hiring managers, candidates and new hires is absolutely essential to this role.

You should have experience as a senior in-house recruiter, ideally at a Head of level - some experience of having worked agency side would be useful.

This is a hybrid a role and can be based in either our London or Woking offices, with occasional travel to our UK venues. To note: The HR Team is based in Woking and initially 2 days should be spent in this location per week.

People are at the heart of our success. We are passionate about bringing great live experiences to the widest possible audience; about giving the world’s best creative talent the stage it deserves; and about providing our people and partners with opportunities to realise their full potential.

We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer, which means that we are taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the workplace. We will offer an interview or recruitment event to disabled candidates who tell us they wish to participate in the scheme and who demonstrate in their application that they best meet the essential criteria for the role. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.

If you’d like to discuss accessibility prior to applying, please review our job description where you will see a contact e mail address to request a confidential discussion.
