Contact Centre Administrator

The Contact Centre Administrator reports to the Head of Contact Centre. In this role you’ll provide a high-level of administrative support across the contact centre, enabling the smooth and successful running of the contact centre and excellent relationships with all stakeholders. You’ll be a key contact for all contact centre queries, ensuring they are dealt with in accordance with ATG Entertainment’s values and policies. This is a 25 hour per week role (Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day), and hours can be flexible between 8.30am – 6pm.
