Kitchen Supervisor - Pizzeria

Milton Keynes Theatre opened on the 4th of October 1999 after 25 years of planning and campaigning by local people. Since then, we have been lucky to be able to host a variety of first class touring and West End productions welcoming thousands of people through our doors every year. We are a busy, diverse, and vibrant venue with no two days the same. We are a close knit and supportive community of people passionate about theatre. Together we care about enhancing the cultural diversity of Milton Keynes through our theatre programming and Creative Learning initiatives.
We’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our in-house Pizzeria kitchen team here at Milton Keynes Theatre.
Are you someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable leading a kitchen service team, delivering the highest quality of to our patrons whilst maintaining excellent standards of food safety and hygiene? If so, then we’d love to hear from you!
Working 20hrs per week, with the option to take on additional hours, our successful candidate would be responsible for the running of our Pizza Al Teatro Kitchen for 3-4 shifts per week, along with other duties including but not limited to stock count and control, completion of meticulous food safety records and maintaining the highest levels of workplace hygiene.
This role involves evening and weekend work, and applicants must be 18 years or over.
