Customer Service Advisor (Fixed Term - Full and Part Time)

2 month Temporary Contract - Office Based.  Start dates available asap

5 x Full Time positions 40hrs

1 x Part Time position 30hrs

Part of the Contact Centre Team, your line manager is the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is based at the Contact Centre at Gill Bridge Avenue, Sunderland.

You will ideally have:

  • Great teamwork skills!
  • Great written communication skills as all customer contact will be via email and verbally via calls for this role.
  • A passion for delivering great Customer Service.

To Note:

These positions will be 2 month fixed term temp contracts

The full time positions will be working 40 hours over a 7 day 6 weekly rotational shift pattern and there will be a mixture of rota days off and weekend working 

The hours of operation are between 8.45am - 8pm Mon to Sun with shifts set a week in advance.

Shifts will be a minimum of 4 hours in office for the 30 contracted hours per week position.
