As our Customer Experience Manager you will lead the Front of House operation in both of our venues and deliver excellent standards of service to our customers. You will take the lead on developing our offer for the future and be responsible for the front of house staff and the performance of the department as a whole. The role is varied and fast- paced and requires a keen eye for detail. From the Bars and the Lounge to the exceptional shows and events both onstage and off stage, the Customer Experience Manager plays a key role in the success of the venues and the experience of all of our visitors.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading customer facing teams, with experience in food and beverage, catering or hospitality management and delivery, with the ability to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities.
