Group Line Account Handler

Group Line are one of the ATG's Ticketing brands, specialising in making group bookings for London's West End and the city's huge range of special events. We're looking for a new Operations Handler to join the team, to handle all inbound and outbound Group Line customer calls in a way that demonstrates Group Line/ATG Entertainment’s key values to ensure you are providing excellent customer service, dealing efficiently and effectively with any customer feedback both internally and externally.
The role is based in our Contact Centre in Sunderland. Our working hours are typically Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, with two days working from home possible.
