As we approach the reopening of theatres and a time of great potential regrowth and rebuilding for the industry, ATG’s industry-leading Revenue Management team is looking for enthusiastic new members to help achieve our vision of being the leaders in live entertainment.

As a dynamic team that thrives off our differences and individual strengths, the right candidate will be confident in theirs. We need someone who is curious, vocal, and excited to challenge expectations daily. Ranging from independent analytical work to senior management interactions, you’ll be capable of strong relationship management as well as independent, detail-oriented work.

No day is the same! You'll have unparalleled access across a wide-range of departments in ATG, as well as working closely with external producers and marketing companies, offering you a wealth of experience and responsibility. Working across ATG’s 22 regional venues, each with their own intricacies and requirements, your role has the potential to have a significant impact on the landscape of regional theatre.

The roles responsibilities include:

  • Creating strategic onsale pricing and discount plans with external producers and marketers for a wide range of regional touring productions
  • Utilising data tools to analyse and clearly report on sales, as well as forecast and strategise for the future
  • Identifying ways to increase revenue and ticket sales
  • Work with venue teams across the country to ensure ATG's pricing and revenue strategies are consistently effective and achievable

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Passionate and open, ready to take on any challenge in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of outstanding attention to detail with clear, concise analysis
  • Persuasive and collaborative, able to shape strategies and relationships for the team and company’s benefit
  • Hungry to learn more, across the theatre industry, analysis, and revenue management
  • Curious, and have an interest in understanding customer behaviour
