We're recruiting for an organised administrator to join our friendly team at ATG's Contact Centre at the Sunderland Empire Theatre. You'll support our Contact Centre Management team with general administration during their busiest time of the year, particularly helping with processing of timesheets for payroll, basic HR administration and supporting scheduling of our Sales Advisor team. This is an office-based administration role in a vibrant, exciting company and would suit someone who is organised and efficient, who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment.

In a typical week you might be processing payroll, invoices and other financial records, supporting recruitment and HR processes, arranging meetings and updating records, and providing general support to ensure the Contact Centre operation runs smoothly. Although you'll have regular tasks to complete, each week could vary depending on the volume and type of contacts we're receiving at the time and so you'll need to be flexible, willing to get involved and support where needed.

Experience from within the entertainment sector is welcomed but not essential; experience in administration, payroll, or common finance procedures is much more important. The role is fixed term for a period of three months, end September to December 2021, to support our busiest time of year. The role could be full time (40 hours) or part time (min 20 hours), although availability over 5 days Monday - Friday is preferred.
