Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for people with great customer service skills to join our ticketing and sales team.
Whether it’s a special birthday, or a night out with friends, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!
As a Customer Service Host you'll help us achieve this, by offering customer support from our Box Office for up to 90 minutes pre-show. You'll provide information about the production, the theatre, and the local vicinity while optimising sales and acting as the sole point of contact for any Ticketing queries. Once the show is up and running you'll provide general Front of House support along with the rest of the team. Working hours are variable - you will be expected to work evenings, weekends and during public holidays.
Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in our unique theatre with an ever-changing programme of events.
