You will contribute to ATG’s business priorities, both strategically and operationally, by taking responsibility for a varied set of projects with a bias towards the operation and development of our UK venues. You’ll be placed in the venues and teams from our UK operation where you can learn the most and make the greatest contribution at that time, with the intention that you graduate the scheme an excellent candidate for senior venue management roles.

The people we are looking for will demonstrate a real affinity for our company values.

  • You are ambitious and set high goals for yourself.
  • You’re thoughtful, approachable and have outstanding communication skills.
  • You’re resilient and open to any experience, taking on challenges which will push you in ways you won’t expect.
  • Finally, you’ll demonstrate an insight into our business that shows you can see our potential, and how you can help us reach it.

Alongside ongoing mentoring, coaching and participation in our learning and development programme, this is a unique opportunity for outstanding individuals who will take up the role in September 2022.
