From our digital ordering service, delivering drinks and snacks directly to your seat, to the premium service in our bars and Ambassador Lounges, which offer only the best quality wine, spirits and confectionary, our focus in on making sure every customer has a fantastic time.

As part of our Customer Experience Team you’ll make those fantastic experiences happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service whether you’re welcoming audiences or working behind the bar. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by selling products and packages on the night and by making sure customers want to return.

You’ll take responsibility for a wide range of tasks as part of an ambitious team who are just as passionate about theatre as you are, working in our unique theatre with an ever-changing programme of events.
