The CRM team is growing and looking for a “smart” team to drive email engagement and ATG ticket sales.  We are looking for an experiencedmarketing/digital copywriter with a passion for producing  engaging and powerful content for our customer base. This role will also expand to other channel areas of the business such as; SMS, DM, web and app.

Some key responsibilities will be:

  • Producing high quality (succinct and compelling) copy for personalised customer communications prodominentlly for emails but also; SMS, social posts, direct mailings and website
  • Standout copy should reflect the ATG (and show) brand tone of voice and align and resonate with relevant target segments
  • Strive to understand our shows and what the producers are passionate about
  • Producing content that will boost customer engagement and retention, as well as improve the promotion of ATG venues and shows
  • Working on a number of content projects within tight schedules
