Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? Do you have experience leading and motivating a large team?We’re looking for customer-focussed Supervisors who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and interesting company.
Every night at The Alexandra we welcome hundreds of people through our doors to enjoy the best in live entertainment. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again.
The Alexandra has recently undergone a £650,000 refurbishment including a brand new façade and a full corporate rebrand. What makes us different? We believe the show isn’t enough. An amazing visit to the theatre is about the whole experience, from purchasing your ticket to your drinks in the interval to telling your friends about it afterwards!
You will be dedicated to delivering the best customer experience possible through innovation, making the experience of visiting our theatre better than any other. As part of this role you will be able to lead and motivate a large team, have the ability to think on your feet and do all of this with a smile and a good sense of humour.

This position will require a minimum of 5 shifts per week, predominantly evenings and weekends. If successful you must be available for interviews on Wednesday 20th March 2019
