We are recruiting for an enthusiastic sales focused Ticketing & Sales Assistant looking for a creative, sales driven, motivated individual with impeccable customer service skills. This opportunity is to join our team for our busy Pantomime season.
We are looking for a team member with a proactive approach to sell and cross-sell theatre tickets, memberships, packages, lounges and ancillary products and to give the right information at any point of the customer buying a ticket (before, during and after the show).
Applicants must provide a high level of service to customers at our in house box office, and to maximise sales and audience attendance through effective customer care. To pro-actively sell tickets, packages and memberships to the public and contribute ideas and practical assistance to fulfil Marketing strategies, and must possess excellent technological skills.
You must exemplify the best of the ‘Ambassador’ in the ATG brand demonstrating collaborative approach to their day-to-day work, liaising and communicating effectively with venue staff.
