We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and motivated individual to join the team at the New Theatre Oxford. The Deputy Customer Experience Manager is responsible for delivering our busy and varied Front of House operation alongside our Customer Experience Manager, ensuring that a cost effective and customer focused range of services are consistently provided to the highest standards.

The New Theatre is situated in the vibrant and historic City of Oxford, and has been the home of variety for over 100 years. With a capacity of 1785, the theatre plays host to leading opera and ballet companies, West End musicals, contemporary dance and sell-out pop and rock concerts. This planned season includes Tim Minchin and War Horse along with many other high profile events. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for theatre and the live events industry.
