Current productions and co-productions in London include 9 to 5 the Musical (Savoy Theatre and UK Tour) Betrayal starring Tom Hiddleston (Harold Pinter Theatre) The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night-Time (Piccadilly Theatre with National Theatre) and The Lehman Trilogy (Piccadilly Theatre with National Theatre). Recent productions have included  Caroline or Change (Playhouse Theatre); the Pinter at the Pinter season presented with the Jamie Lloyd Company (Harold Pinter Theatre); King Lear starring Ian McKellen (Duke of York’s Theatre); the Tony Award-winning play Oslo (Harold Pinter Theatre); Glengarry Glen Ross starring Christian Slater (Playhouse Theatre); Buried Child featuring Ed Harris in an Olivier Award-nominated performance (Trafalgar Studios); Big Fish starring Kelsey Grammer (The Other Palace); Hamlet starring Andrew Scott (Harold Pinter Theatre); the Jamie Lloyd company season of The Maids and The Homecoming (Trafalgar Studios) and Doctor Faustus (Duke of York’s Theatre); the Olivier Award-winning Oresteia (Trafalgar Studios) and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Savoy Theatre and UK Tour).

On Broadway recent productions and co-productions include Pretty Woman (Nederlander Theatre) and Sunday in the Park with George (Hudson Theatre) which starred Jake Gyllenhaal and Annaleigh Ashford.

ATG Productions is committed to bringing high quality shows to the regions and are currently touring Abigail’s Party and Glengarry Glen Ross and will tour the West End production of 9 to 5 later this year.  Other recent touring productions and co-productions include Strangers on a Train based on Patricia Highsmith’s novel; the Victorian thriller Gaslight starring Kara Tointon, Keith Allen and Rupert Young; Noël Coward’s comedy Private Lives, starring Tom Chambers and Charlotte Ritchie and the multi-Olivier Award-winning musical Sunny Afternoon.

ATG Productions is producing and general managing Ian McKellen’s 80 date tour of the UK.

The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills for the position of Assistant to the Executive Producer.  Based at our extremely busy production office in Covent Garden, the Executive Assistant will responsible for managing the diary, travel and busy workload of the Executive Producer.  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate discretion, diplomacy and a keen eye for detail.  S/he will be able to manage a large and diverse work-load with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects, protecting the Executive Producer’s time and ensuring the smooth running of the diary and office.  S/he will have a “can-do” attitude, be numerate and highly competent in Excel and Word; s/he will be friendly, willing and have a passion for theatre.  As part of a busy production office, this job is an ideal learning opportunity for someone at the beginning of a career in theatre production, though it must be clear that this is a Personal Assistant/Admin, not Production role.
