We welcome around ten million people through our doors each year, and making sure every single person has an incredible experience is our goal. We make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive, exceeding expectations to create that extra-special theatre experience they will remember forever.
With 64 venues in the UK, US and Germany, we run more theatres than any other company worldwide. Ranging from century-old listed buildings to modern, multi-purpose venues, we’re dedicated to bringing the best out of each one.
IT may not be the first team to spring to mind when you think of working in theatre, but we rely on it! From WiFi and payment systems in our theatres to the technology behind our e-commerce websites, IT are an essential support to both our day-to-day work and new advances that will take our business forward.
We’re a complex and interesting business, growing internationally and delivering significant returns for our clients and investors. Working in finance with ATG Entertainment is unique; it requires outstanding corporate financial skills balanced with the creativity and flexibility needed to work in live entertainment.
For us, theatre is more than the show. We take great care in the whole experience, making every theatre visit a bespoke night out with wonderful dining experiences, special VIP packages and innovative bar services.
Our audience’s experience of live theatre starts with the marketing team. We want our audience to be engaged with our products from the moment a new show is announced, and for long after the curtain comes down.
Theatre is about people! Our business is driven by passionate, ambitious people who care enormously about what they do and regularly go the extra mile. Our HR team are here to support and develop everyone to be the best they can be, no matter what role they play.
Behind every successful team is a great administrator who keeps everything moving. Ensuring our venues and offices run as smoothly as they do, our administrators provide an efficient support service to almost every part of the company.
Blockbuster musicals, star-led plays, opera, high-profile musicians and bands, pantomime, comedy, live podcasts; we could go on! We present over 11,000 performances every year in the U.K. Performances that are the core of the business. Performances that our programming team proactively seek out and secure to present our audiences with the very best in live entertainment.
Joining the technical team in one of ATG Entertainment’s iconic venues opens up a unique opportunity to work on some of the finest productions and events, working closely with other venue staff to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers both front and back of house.
At the forefront of developing our business, the Commercial team drives ATG Entertainment’s international growth. Comprising Business Development and Legal & Business Affairs, this small and extremely hard working team has been the driving force behind the company’s remarkable expansion.
The Ticketing industry is constantly evolving. Advances in technology constantly present new opportunities for us to grow while offering an ever-improving purchasing experience for our customers.
We believe theatre has the power to bring people together and make a real difference to the communities around our venues. Our Creative Learning teams go above and beyond to find creative ways to open up our theatres to everyone.
Every ticket sold means the start of a customer’s journey with us. Our Box Office teams are there right from the very beginning, to help each patron tailor make their booking.
Receiving almost one million contacts each year, our Contact Centre team are the first point of call for enquiries regarding all our UK venues. Whether they are phoning in to get the best seats in the house, or emailing to clear up any concerns, we ensure that our customers are able to get in touch and make their booking or enquiry quickly and easily.
There’s no denying theatre can be a risky business. With thousands of people coming through our doors every day, the challenge of making contemporary theatre fit in older buildings and the inherent risk of anything ‘live’, there’s lots for us to keep on top of. Whether it’s a risk in a performance or in running a complex international business, our work is extraordinarily varied.
